Sodium bromate, the inorganic compound with the chemical formula of NaBrO3, is the sodium salt of bromic acid. It is a strong oxidant. Sodium bromate is mainly used in continuous or batch dyeing processes involving sulfur or vat dyes and as a hair-permagent, chemical agent, or gold solvent in gold mines when used with sodium bromide. Large quantities are used in hydraulic fracturing or oil recovery from shales. Micro-encapsulated Sodium Bromate Gel Breaker is manufactured by wurster coating process. We have different sizes of encapsulating machines to take a batch of 1kg to 500kg. Micro-encapsulation of Sodium Bromate Gel Breaker is done by spray painting of a suitable grade of Sodium Bromate Gel Breaker with a polymer. The inside core is of say about 80% Sodium Bromate Gel Breaker and the coating is the balance. Coated or Encapsulated Sodium Bromate based gel breaker for very high temperatures. It will not be active up to 240F or 115C and is suggested for use at 280F to 330F or 138C to 165C. Encapsulated Sodium Bromate is used for high tempertaure operations.
